HEY KIDS GUESS WHO DID SOME MORE DOCTOR WHO ART.
This was a piece I drew up for Katy Manning, Richard Franklin, and John Levene to sign at Chicago TARDIS 2015. I'd actually wanted to draw Jo Grant in winter clothes for well over a year, but this was the first time I actually got to it. Sergeant Benton is probably gonna have wet knees, and god knows how Captain Yates got his hands on the Brigadier's hat.
