Thought I'd do a little experimenting with color coordination. It's been a while since I've colored someone else's art (I used to do that for ~Kaylathegreat ALL the time). The scheme I used for this was basically the lightest shades available on Photoshop's swatches menu. I think it turned out well.

It's pretty simple. Just turn down the opacity of the Brush (or Bucket) to something below 50 before coloring in the wings. For spaces where the wings overlap, turn the opacity up a bit and go over just those spots. The resulting overlap should present a darker, but still transparent, shade.

Helpful photoshop tip number 23:

Layers are your friend! Especially layer settings. For example, if you want to do shading cleanly and easier, set a new layer to multiply and there you go!

Oh wow, I didn't see green hair coming one bit. xD Definitely such a pretty shade too. Almost like moss. And such soft pastel pinks and purples. ;; The colors you choose are so pretty. Also the effect you did on the wings is so cool. I always forget to do that when I color! I just love what you did with her though. ;; :heart:
